Abstract
Objective:The main target of interest and behavior through the analysis of the government, the hospital, the insured persons in the medical insurance reform, related conclusions of game theory analysis of individual interests. Study design:According to the equilibrium point of the incentive compatibility principle for the interests of all parties, we find the extreme interest expectation. Conclusions:The study found that the government is the social welfare defenders and representatives, build a government for the comprehensive management of medical service system leadership, coordination between the hospital and the insured's interests, establish incentive compatibility principle of medical insurance development incentive mechanism is an important measure for our country to deepen the reform of medical insurance.
